iCroupier respects training privacy.

Overview
iCroupier is a roulette croupier training app. Ordinary practice does not require an account and its settings and results are stored locally. Apple Game Center is optional for the Dealer Skills Challenge leaderboard.
Information we collect
We do not intentionally collect personal information through the app. Training choices, drill settings, challenge history, scores, and local preferences may be stored on your device so the app can remember how you practice.
Analytics and tracking
The website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, third-party embeds, or remote fonts. The app has no advertising tracker.
Game Center
If you sign in to Game Center and complete an eligible Dealer Skills Challenge, the app can submit only the recomputed total score to the single iCroupier leaderboard. Stage scores, timings, errors, and answer reviews stay local. Game Center is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy terms.
Device and app diagnostics
Apple may provide developers with crash reports or diagnostics if you have enabled sharing with app developers in iOS settings. Those reports are handled by Apple and may include device, OS, and crash context needed to fix bugs.
Support email
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, screenshots, device details, and the issue description. We use that information only to answer support requests and improve the app.
Legal basis for processing
The app does not send personal data to an iCroupier-owned server, so normal local use involves no processing on our side. If you email support, we process what you send to answer your request. Optional Game Center processing is handled by Apple under your Game Center relationship and choices.
Data retention
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request, then deleted. Local training and Challenge data stays on your device until you delete the app. Apple controls retention of leaderboard data submitted to Game Center.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase the personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it (portability), and to object to or restrict its processing. In practice this data is limited to your support emails. Email us to exercise any of these rights.
Complaints
If you believe your personal data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Support messages may be processed by our email provider. If you choose Game Center, an eligible completed Challenge total is sent to Apple for the leaderboard.
Children
iCroupier is a professional training utility and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can train without Game Center, manage Game Center and Apple diagnostic sharing in iOS settings, and delete the app to remove its locally stored data from your device.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the app gains new features. The date at the top of this page will change when the policy changes.
